All foreign enterprises are required to apply for a specific business license in order to establish a legal entity in China. The approval process for a license can take as long as 6-8 months. Since many companies have urgent obligations in China some may need to start operations before the formal approvals have been passed by local authorities.
DI-Asia Base offers to provide your company with a temporary business license while applying for your own license. The DI-Asia Base license can either be used while your company is engaged in one of our OMIC solutions. Or you can “lease” it in order to fast-track urgent matters such as hiring local employees or leasing of office facilities. The license does not, however, cover customer invoicing from China.
Business Licensing is offered as an individual service and as part of the OMIC Basic, OMIC Plus and OMIC Expat solutions.
