Business License
All foreign companies are required to apply for a specific business registration before establishing a legal presence in China. The approval process for a business registration can last from six to eight months. As many companies have urgent obligations in China, many have to start up without before the formal approvals have been granted by the local government.
DI-Asia Base offers your company a temporary business registration while you apply for your own license. You can use the DI-Asia Base license either while your company uses one of the OMIC solutions or use the license to accelerate acute tasks as hiring a local employee or rent office facilities. However, the license does on cover customer billing in China.
