Training objectives to:

  1. Enhance the participants present level of understanding on the concept of negotiation.
  2. Learn how to apply power sources as an important factor in negotiation, like e.g. position, expertise, control over resources, network and interpersonal skills.
  3. Provide tools and techniques on how to make the most sufficient preparation.
  4. Know how to handle emotions in a negotiation situation.

The program was divided into several modules, which all were rounded up with a brief discussion on the theme in question. In addition, the program also included several exercises and role-plays, which gave the participants an opportunity to try out some of the techniques they learned during the program.
